- When a customer is created or updated in Shopify, their information is automatically synced to your CRM. When you update a contact in your CRM, those changes sync back to Shopify. This keeps your customer data consistent across both platforms in real-time.
- We sync Pipedrive Persons (contacts) with Shopify customers. This includes name, email, phone, and company information. Custom field mapping is available on Growth and Unlimited plans.
A sync is counted each time a contact is created or updated between platforms. If you update 100 contacts in your CRM, that's 100 syncs. Initial imports during setup don't count toward your monthly limit.
